In 1994, I started a career as a Baker/Patisserie Chef, after completing a diploma course at the CPIT here in Christchurch, also Achieving advanced certificates in Gateaux and Torte, Pastry and Confectionary, my career was on its way.
My 12 year journey in this industry has been one of hard work, dedication and satisfaction. Stopping for a few months early on in my career with the birth of my son, now 11, only fuelled my desire to succeed and show my children you can achieve your desires, with hard work and dedication.
Achieving many local and National awards, the highlight of my career was being able to compete as The Pastry chef in the New Zealand Culinary Team 2004, and coming away with two gold medals in an international competition.
With the completion of the family unit, Hayley and Seth now 3 years old, my creativity and desire to achieve my goals is still very much alive.
Having achieved success as an industry player, its time to go it alone.

My Aim, To provide you with a product that is not only gorgeous to look at, but tastes just as good. Also to give you the opportunity to put your own creative stamp on it. Cookies and Bouquets designed to suit your needs, and cakes that are uniquely you.
